KeSSLER WOODS TRAIL

In the contemporary setting of Kessler Woods, a kitchen in need of rejuvenation was revitalized. Preserving the original layout by architect Russel Buchanan, the space was meticulously curated by Architect James Ferrera. Retaining the essence of the room's architectural marvel with its expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and inviting terrazzo floor and ceiling, the original cabinets were refinished to exude a high-end aesthetic. Upgraded with new quartz countertops and modern appliances, the space was transformed while respecting the original design intent. The primary bath also needed a refresh. We stripped it down to the studs and started fresh. Flooring is a terrazzo tile paired beautifully with a Thassos marble sourced from Ann Sacks and plumbing hardware from Waterworks lines up perfectly on the tile lines and is the jewelry of this sleek, sophisticated, and modern bathroom. Ferrera expertly honored the vision of the initial architect by skillfully enhancing the space with new finishes, a testament to the collaboration with talented artisans.
