HISTORIC MCM REMODEL

We were very honored to have an opportunity to work on this historical home, custom built by an architect who was known for his Frank Loyd Wright influence. The Original owner was the late Alice Snavley, assistant to the founder of Neiman Marcus , Stanley Marcus. This 3500 square foot mid century modern ranch had a very heavy Asian  influence.

Our goal was to carefully preserve the architect’s original design. We were able to keep and refinish all of the original kitchen walnut cabinets and living room paneling. We custom built the primary vanity to match the kitchen. A few 21st Century touches were added but all of the new tile and finishes were chosen for their mid century influence and flow. Its always a delight for us to work with homeowners that respect the original craftsmanship.
